I have worked with about one hundred leaders working as an innovation partner, digital consultant, project manager and people manager in one of Europe’s largest companies – Novo Nordisk.
I have been the one who programmed AI solutions, I have been the project manager of larger AI projects (including one of the world’s first validated AI solutions in pharma), and I have been a manager for multiple tech and innovation teams, who worked with AI.
I have the mindset of an entrepreneur and the skills to navigate in large corporations.
I am not your classical management consultant who makes a living from high-level ‘AI will transform your industry’ presentations. As an experienced ‘insider’ I know where the frictions are between new technologies and well-established organizations and that has nothing to do with fancy PowerPoint presentations.
