Your management group will be followed by me throughout 3-5 days where we assess the current (as-is) leadership style and dynamics. We define the optimized leadership style based on the company's strategic direction.

With the as-is assessment and the to-be state, we set up the gaps and targets for the group to close that gap.

When I leave you, you have a clear plan for how your leadership style and culture can match the needed business strategy with tangible actions for the group.

Courses & Workshops

I will present some of the key findings from my time consulting hundreds of managers with the aim to increase their innovative and creative leadership - especially with the focus on AI.

The course lasts 1.5–2 hours where I present some of the most important focus areas for a large corporation when you want to prepare your culture for AI.

The workshop builds on top of the course format and adds additional reflections and practical exercises to make the takeaways stick.

Lecture & High-fives

Your management team and organization are invited to a personal and professional storytelling session where I reflect on the hundreds of meetings with managers from all levels in one of Europe's largest corporations. I will share stories about all the great leaders I have met, but also the stories that made me realize that not all leaders should lead.

The stories leave the management group and the individual contributors with practical ideas and concepts that they can follow to aspire to a more AI-ready organization.
